After you buy, we look at the policy again before each renewal. Roof age, rebuilding costs, and Florida’s insurance rules keep moving, and the coverage that fit at your closing may not fit three years later.

Coverage for What You’ve Built
Home Insurance
Dwelling, belongings, and liability for Florida homes. Carriers here weigh roof age heavily, so we check yours first and show which carriers will accept it.
Hurricane Insurance
Florida hurricane deductibles are set as a percentage of the dwelling limit. We quote the 2%, 5%, and 10% options and show the dollars you would pay first.
Flood Insurance
Home policies exclude flood, and FEMA puts one inch of water in an average home at roughly $25,000. We price NFIP and private flood together.
Auto Insurance
Florida requires PIP and property damage liability but leaves bodily injury limits optional. We quote limits sized to what you own, not the state floor.
Condo Insurance
Florida master policies exclude your flooring, cabinets, and appliances. We cover those and your belongings, with loss assessment limits above the $2,000 state minimum.
Umbrella Insurance
Extra liability limits above your home and auto policies. Florida can hold you responsible when someone you lend your car to causes a crash.
Jewelry Insurance
Many home policies pay no more than $1,500 for stolen jewelry, all pieces combined. A scheduled policy lists each ring or watch at its appraised value.
Business Insurance
Business owner’s policies, general liability, and business income coverage for small Florida companies, including the liability coverage state contractor licensing requires.
